Most reforestation asks you to take its word. We don't. Every plot we fund is measured on the ground and checked against independent satellite imagery, so we can show that trees were really planted and are really growing.
But the people doing that work are often smallholder farmers, and their exact locations and names are personal data we won't broadcast to the world. So we draw a clear line: we verify everything in detail privately, and publish proof that's honest but privacy-safe. Verification stays rigorous; farmers stay protected.

A vetted local partner restores a defined plot using agroforestry — species that give farmers a reason to keep the trees standing, so the incentive itself protects permanence.
The partner geo-tags plantings with coordinates, species, and dates, and documents them with photographs — the granular ground record.
We take those coordinates and verify them ourselves against free, public satellite imagery (Sentinel) — confirming the land, the planting, and canopy growth over time. Satellites don't take anyone's word for it, and neither do we.
Supporters see the plot's area and its canopy growth from satellite, aggregated progress, and sample photos — enough to trust, with no farm coordinates or personal details exposed. Including the setbacks, when trees are lost.
Ground data starts as self-reported. Our partner records the plantings; we then check those records against independent satellite imagery. That cross-check is our safeguard — not blind trust.
Small plots are coarse from space. Satellite imagery shows land and canopy trends, not every seedling. On small plots we lean on ground photos and geo-tags for the fine detail, and we say so.
Growth is not permanence. We can show trees are alive today. No one can guarantee a forest against drought, fire, or time. We report what actually happens — including loss — rather than promising what we can't.
We're not selling carbon. No credits, no offsets, no tonnes of CO₂ we can't honestly measure. Just proof that real trees are in the ground and growing.
